Are you a Russian Speaker? Do you have some experience working within an office environment and would now like to develop professionally? We are now looking for a Russian Speaking Secretary/Office Coordinator to join a close-nit team in the City of London on a full-time basis!
As a Russian Speaking Secretary/Office Coordinator you will be involved in all aspects of administrative duties (receiving and dealing with calls, emails and queries), managing diaries, arranging appointments and booking flights/accommodation for senior management. You will also be involved with managing the office systems and basic accounting. You must be confident to liaise with stakeholders and other relevant organisational partners, be flexible to undertake other ad hoc office duties and be the first point of contact for all visitors.
Must haves;
• You must be a fluent Russian and English Speaker;
• Excellent organisational skills;
• Excellent communication skills;
• 6+ months minimum of general office experience;
• Quick learner, flexible and hard-working.
