An exciting opportunity has arisen in a London property investment company for a Credit Controller. Duties will include issuing weekly, monthly and quarterly tenant demands, updating cash books for BACs from bank statement and cheques, raising statements as well as chasing up outstanding payments, and managing queries from finance regarding cash books, demands and arrears. Also regularly reviewing tenant arrears lists, raising demand including recharges, tenant interest and manual demands.
Candidate Specification:
• Minimum of 1 year Tramps or Blue Box experience
• Knowledge of systems and processes
• A strong personality
• Career orientated nature
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Russian language would be a bonus (but not essential)
