Our client is looking for a charismatic Russian speaking House Manager for their property in Surrey. The Russian speaking House Manager will be in charge of a large already established mansion of a HNW individual and be involved in all aspects of the family home.
The right candidate will be eager to learn, get involved and show a very strong interest in property and managing multi-million households.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Carry out administration and budget control
• Manage the domestic staff and get involved in household recruitment
• Liaise with sub-contractors of rented apartment as well as refurbishing house e.g. electricians, builders, architects, designers
• Assist with Russian to/from English translations when required
• Manage all household security
• Carry out maintenance work or delegate to the professionals when needed
• Working hand in hand with the family PA
Ideal Candidate must have/be:
• Native/Fluent Russian speaker
• Able to contribute with new ideas and projects
• Candidates who do not have Household Management experience will also be considered if they show a keen interest in developing their career within this field
• Very personable with an out-going personality
• Well-mannered with ability to communicate with top level executives
• Eager to learn with a hard-working attitude
• Outstanding time-keeping skills
