Are you a Russian Speaking Sales and Business Development Professional? Do you have experience working within the Real Estate/Property Sector? We are now looking for an exceptional Russian Speaking Sales and Business Development Professional to join a boutique Real Estate firm in the heart of London developing the Russia and CIS Desk.
Duties of Russian Speaking Sales and Business Development Professional:
You will be expected to drive the Sales and maintain the already successful client database via cold-calling, developing warm leads and face-to-face meetings. You will be involved in market research, attending events, conferences and meetings with third parties. You will be attending viewings with clients, negotiating and closing deals (with supervision) and most importantly setting up your own client base.
Russian Speaking Sales and Business Development Professional must be/have:
• Fluent Russian and English speaker; Mandarin is a bonus;
• At least 1-2 years’ experience working within the Property Sector as a Sales & Business Developer;
• You will need to have worked within the Russian and CIS Markets in the UK and have a background dealing with HNW/UHNW clients;
• Sociable, positive and energetic approach;
• A go-getter!
