We are now looking for an experienced Russian Speaking Business Director in the hospitality sector. It is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing team. A successful candidate will be in charge of a variety of different tasks however, the primary focus is to ensure that a group of three restaurants runs smoothly and efficiently. The main responsibilities include overseeing employees, providing reports to the owner and other managerial duties. You will also oversee performance, both of individuals and the restaurant as well as lead business development.
Responsibilities:
- Overviewing three restraints and manage day-to-day operations
- Setting up long-term business goals
- Identify profits and losses and operating within the parameters of budgets
- Daily communication across many teams (accounting, operations, human resources, and executive management)
- Maintain company culture and staff morale
- Understand key revenue drivers and identify any room for improvement
- Make decisions on how to operate the business from both a guest and financial standpoint
- Budget of income and expenses
- Facility management
- Procurement management (approval, selection of suppliers, selection of equipment)
- Restaurant renovation control / refurbishment
- Interview, hire, train and manage new supervisors and managers
Requirements:
- High level of communication skills
- Extremely organised
- Integrity to make the right decisions for the restaurants, staff, and guests
- Previous working experience in the hospitality industry (5+ years)
- Problem-solving and relationship building skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Ability to identify inconsistencies across restaurants
- Native Russian/ Advanced English is a must
- High analytical and finical reporting skills
- IT skills
- Marketing strategy development
