This is a great opportunity for a candidate who is UK qualified solicitor and speaks fluent Russian, and who would like to join this fast growing family office based in Mayfair.
You will be working alongside Legal Counsel, and will deal with various wealth structuring and management matters on the legal side: commercial law, some corporate matters and advisory. The role seems to be very diverse and will be suitable to an open-minded individual who would like to really get involved and advance his/her career. You will be given a high level of responsibility for the in-house tasks as well as will be highly involved in corporate transactions, so you will be a confident communicator with great relationship building skills.
To be successful for the role you ideally will be/have:
– A UK qualified/ approved solicitor with valid practice certificate
– 4-6 PQE within financial services, including wealth, asset management, offshore jurisdictions, tax, M&A, property and real estate finance
– Fluency in Russian and English languages
– Confident manner and ability to talk at top level with clients
– Open mind with strong desire and ability to get involved in various law related projects
