Do you have experience and solid understanding of oil and gas industry? Have you organised high profile training worldwide with expert trainers? Then we have an exciting opportunity for you! Our client is the leading event organiser is looking for a Russian speaking candidate to lead the rapid development of the training and seminar department.
Russian Speaking Seminar/Training Producer will be responsible for co-ordination and strategic development of the international training division within oil and gas. You will be liaising with existing clients as well as potential to create tailor-made solutions for the problems/challenges/training needs and allocate the most suitable resources to perform the training programme, including sourcing the experts in the particular field to act as trainers, organising the venue, co-ordinating all the processes during the seminar/training on-site. You will also be directly responsible for negotiating the terms and conditions with the client, liaising with service providers and suppliers as well as negotiating the terms for the venue in the best interest of the company as well as the client.
The ideas Russian Speaking Seminar/Training Producer will be/have:
• Fluent in English and Russian;
• Have 2+ years in seminar/training organisation in Europe/the UK/Russia & CIS;
• Possess strong technical knowledge of oil and gas industry;
• Ideally, be well-connected within the industry to source experts worldwide;
• Willing to travel internationally when required;
