A Family Office Boutique is seeking a Financial Manager to join their team in London.
The role:
The successful candidate will carry support for a range of treasury functions including:
• Collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements
• Undertaking strategic analysis and assisting with strategic planning
• Producing long-term business plans
• Undertaking research into pricing, competitors and factors affecting performance
• Controlling income, cash flow and expenditure
• Managing budgets
• Developing and managing financial systems/models
• Carrying out business modelling and risk assessments
• Liaising with managerial staff and other colleagues
About you:
The candidate must have the following credentials:
• Fluency in spoken and written in Russian, Ukrainian and English languages; ability to translate/interpret to and from Russian, Ukrainian and English is highly advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or business administration
• 5 years of experience in a technical profession such as loan officer or securities sales agent
• Master’s degree or MBA (EU, US or UK) required
• Excellent academic credentials
• UK, Ukraine and Russian Federation Taxes knowledge
• Advanced Excel skills, ability to work with lookups and pivot tables
• Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to build and maintain strong relationships with relevant business groups within the firm; ability to work with a team of diverse individuals; excellent presentation / project management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
• Highly motivated and proactive; ability to respond creatively and quickly in a fast-paced, high-pressure, changing environment; takes ownership of projects and has a strong work ethic; problem-solver
• Previous experience of working in CIS Family office required
