This is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic bilingual professional to become a part of a vibrant, growing trading company. As a New Accounts Assistant you will be participating in the new account opening facility within the business and ensuring that all accounts are opened in line with legislative requirements. Your duties will involve: opening corporate and IB accounts in line with all the necessary procedures; liaising with clients to obtain any required documentation; ensuring full security and ID checks; providing reports regarding new account status and more.
The candidate must speak excellent English and speak at least one of the following languages: German, French, Arabic or Chinese (Mandarin).
The ideal candidate will have/be:
• Fluent in all areas of English and at least one of the languages (German, French, Arabic, Chinese)
• Educated to degree level
• Relevant experience in the financial services sector
• Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and to set deadlines
• Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
