We are looking for a Russian speaking administrative professional with receptionist experience to join a rapidly growing consulting firm in London.
Our client is looking for a top calibre Russian Speaking Receptionist to act as first point of contact for company`s client, meet and greet visitors, deal with correspondence, post and letters, couriers. You will be working on a switchboard where experience in required. As a Russian Speaking Receptionists you will also be given ad-hoc administrative and PA support tasks.
You have to be well presented with well spoken English language skills as well as fluency in Russian. Your communication skills will be exceptional with ability to liaise with HNW clients, C-level Executives and external stakeholders. Switchboard experience and good IT skills are mandatory for the role. Professional telephone manner is a key.
