A London-based family office performing asset and property management of a medium London and international real estate portfolio is looking to recruit a Russian-speaking qualified chartered accountant. The role includes full-scale accounting, tax and controlling functions extended to performing additional corporate work and project reporting duties related to the company’s business activities.

The successful Senior Accountant would be responsible for:
- Statutory accounts and audit for the group of companies
- VAT returns, tax computation review, tax structuring and risks assessment
- Processing of payments
- Cash Flow budgeting, forecasting and reporting
- Budget control for the companies/projects
- Management reporting for the companies/projects
- Renew accounting procedures and systems with the view to improve them
- Review of the latest developments in Accounting and changes in Tax legislation
- Corporate support to Managing Director
The successful Senior Accountant would be/have:
- Fully or Partially qualified (ACCA)
- Knowledge of statutory accountancy, VAT, tax returns and work with auditors
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Fluent English and Russian
- Confident Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent time-management and ability to multi-tasking
- Experience within an accountancy practice is an advantage
