This is a fantastic opportunity for a Russian-speaking, experienced Nanny with sound experience working for private families. The role is to support one 3 years old child, and become a reliable guide for the child and the family.
Responsibilities
- Looking after a child – feeding, bathing, putting to sleep, going for walks, playing, developing, reading etc.
- Liaising with chefs, planning healthy meals
- Looking after the child’s room and keeping it neat – collecting toys and books after playing, etc. No other cleaning is required
- Advising a family on various developmental activities and games
- Taking the child to various activities
- Working closely with the Head of Education, planning for the necessary skills development, discussing various options and educational clubs, games and activities beneficial for the child
Key Skills
- Secondary vocational (educator) or higher pedagogical education or Montessori Teacher/courses 3-6
- Knowledge of holistic and early development methods
- Experience working with children of the appropriate age
- Active, loves sports, yoga
- Literate, beautiful speech – fluency in both English and Russian
- Cheerful and kind
- Balanced, responsible and attentive to detail
- Experience of raising children is highly desirable
- Fluency in English and Russian
- Residence in the UK and full rights to work
Working conditions:
- Flexible salary
- Work schedule – shift work 3 weeks on and 3 weeks off, with accommodation
- The role is subordinate to the director of the family office, who manages the development/life of the child.
