This is a great opportunity for a Russian speaking Finance Solicitor with 2-5 years of post qualification experience in private equity matters, to join one of the leading boutique law firms in London.
Experienced Russian speaking Finance Solicitor is required to deliver a high standard of service to clients on private equity matters. As part of their strategic growth plans, the busy team of this leading law firm is looking for a hard working specialist Private Equity Solicitor with solid experience of dealing with transactional private equity work and also equity fund structuring (real estate investment/development funds are of particular interest). You will be advising on various finance transactions and general corporate matters.
You must have extensive experience of dealing with private equity matters, fund structuring and administering of all fund related processes. Applications are sought from those who have strong background of private equity gained within reputable regional or city law firms who are recognised for there private equity work. You will have a minimum of 3 years experience in equity fund structuring and transactional private equity experience.
