As PA/Office Manager you will be providing day-to-day support of for the Director and senior management, coordinating their diaries, travel, monitoring emails, schedules, assisting with presentations and seminars, audio typing, all issues relating to office facilities and more.
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Provide support to a team as well as for a Director
- Maintaining the office to a high standard, ordering office supplies
- Organising meetings, making reservations
- Assistance with preparing documents: editing, printing, scanning, binding, filing
- Answering telephone calls, managing correspondence
- Acting as the first point of contact regarding all office related matters
- Arranging catering services as/when needed
- Ordering stationery and food/beverages to the office
Requirements for the Candidate:
- Fluent English and Russian speaker
- Excellent attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint is essential
- Understand (read) business plans and proposals in order to support the senior director in locating appropriate files in a speedy manner
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
- Multi-tasking and prioritising abilities and responsible approach
