This is a great opportunity for a Finance Director/CFO level candidate who also speak fluent Russian to join this fast growing and exciting IT company, which uses innovative technology on the market.
The company is a dynamic start-up backed up by major financial institutions. Their Head Office is based in the City of London, and they have operational team based in the Ukraine. You will have to be able to communicate with the Ukrainian office and review financial statements from the Eastern European side of the business – so need to be able to speak and read Russian. At the same time all reports are produced according to the UK standards. The role will include analysing management financial reporting data, improving financial standards for the company, preparing strategy for financial development, analysing risks etc. You will be the most financial senior team member, so have to be able to take the lead and make strategic decisions.
The ideal candidate for the role will have/be:
– A Graduate with finance related degree and accounting qualification ACA/ACCA/CIMA or eq.
– Finance Director/CFO experience in the UK
– Experience working for an IT/software start-up company or a similar related field company
– Fluency in Russian and English
– Leadership skills
– Strategic and analytical skills.
