Are you an experienced HR Manager with expertise in family office recruitment? Do you speak Russian? Then this is a great role for you!
Our client is looking for a Russian Speaking HR Manager to work in the close-nit team of this Family Office. As Russian Speaking HR Manager you will have the responsibility to lead the recruitment of finance, accounting, legal and other back office staff in order to ensure the effective management of HNWI`s assets. You will also be responsible with assisting the Legal Counsel of the Family Office with setting up HR policies in the Family Office, drafting employment contracts, establishing HR systems according to UK law.
To be successful for the role you will:
– Possess 3+ years of recruitment/HR experience in the UK, ideally CIPD-qualified;
– Have Strong connections in finance the industry and knowledge of UK HR policies and procedures;
– Ideally, have previous experience working within family office of HNW;
– Be a self-starter with strong willingness and ability to work on own initiative;
– Be willing to work in a start-up environment with limited structure;
– Fluent Russian and English;
