As a Compliance Analyst you will be responsible for reviewing the company’s business processes to make sure that they are in line with all relevant requirements. You will support the business operation by performing all compliance related activities, such as maintaining day-to-day compliance monitoring and producing compliance evaluation reports for the company’s management.
To succeed in this role you will need:
- 1+ years of experience in Banking/Broking/Wealth Management, consultancy or law firm as an in-house compliance or paralegal
- Ability to monitor and keep up to date with new and upcoming legislation (MiFID II, MLD4, SMCR)
- Good understanding of EU Directives and the FCA Handbook is desirable
- Ability to analyse and understand technical specifications and guidance
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent IT literacy
- Fluent English, both written and verbal. Knowledge of Russian would be an advantage
