Our client is a technology company making vehicles the way they should be – fully electric, digitally connected, and smart. They are working with some of the world’s leading businesses and governments with the goal to re-define how cities look, think and feel. Their vehicles will be 100% built by robots and are autonomous-ready. Now they are looking for an Auto Mechanic to join their growing team.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Product design and development through a rapid prototyping approach. This is done by physically implementing solutions through a practical hands-on approach
- Experience in the design and manufacture of pre-prototype vehicles
- Prototype Engineering
- Inspect vehicle engine and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately
- Inspect vehicle computer and electronic systems to repair, maintain and upgrade
- Performing checks and tests to verify the success of repair work
- Performing routine revision and maintenance on motor vehicles
Job Requirements and Skills:
- Electronics & Electrical distribution (specifically harness design and creation), Power Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Fitting and Assembly, Hydraulic Design, Fabrication, Thermal System Design, CAD experience, Problem Solving, Supply Chain Management
- Fluent English&Russian speaker
- Advanced fabrication skills essential
- Must be able to work unsupervised, and work on own initiative
- Self-motivated
- Computer experience necessary
- Understanding of design and engineering of vehicle mechanical, drivetrain and thermal systems
- Proactive problem solvers who can work equally well independently and as a team
- Teamwork and good communication skills are essential
