Our client, a leading international natural resources corporation, is seeking a senior executive level support candidate with exposure into finance/accountancy. You will be primarily responsible for supporting the Director of Global Finance, making arrangements, organisation of events and assisting with project coordination. You will also be involved in administrative duties, such as team support along with senior PA responsibilities for the top management of the firm and diary management. As a part of a small team, you will be required to liaise on the senior level with CIS offices representatives and occasionally get involved in various projects within the group.
The ideal candidate must have previous experience of working in an administrative role in a Russian organisation, with native Russian and native-like English, as well as experience of working in the UK, educated to a degree level. It is important to have experience of coordinating meetings and travel within a busy global team. To be selected, you must be well-presented, well-spoken with incredible organisation, time management and communications skills. Flexibility is terms of the working hours and ability to work under pressure is the key. As the environment is highly demanding and challenging, ability to adapt to various situations, prioritise tasks, be a confident self-starter, and self-motivation is a must.
