You will be responsible for:
- Full range of operations management
- Project management and supporting new developments, liaising with international tech teams and distribution teams abroad
- Liaising at senior level, arranging meetings, brainstorm marketing pop ups, skype and corporate digital conferences etc.
- Managing administrative responsibilities, correspondence management, documents preparation, contracts drafting, phone calls management etc.
- Arranging office supplied, as well as tech detail supplies and logistics for the team
- Client management, account management, minor digital support etc.
- Assistance Project Manager
- Liaising with financial and legal teams, support for both teams when required
- Setting up policies and procedures, all HR related duties, recruitment management, liaising with third party suppliers etc.
- Ad-hoc duties everywhere, flexible set of mind!
We are looking for:
- An experienced administrator/office manager with operational background and ability to set up things from scratch, take initiative and share wisdom with other team members
- Enthusiastic, flexible and reliable approach to any task – challenging or not
- A fast thinker and an even faster doer!
- Technically and computer savvy, happy to get involved, learn the terminology, communicate well with the tech team etc.
- A degree – finance, engineering – similar/relevant is a plus
- Knowledge of customs of then UK, ability to liaise with international entities
- Fluent Russian and English speaker, who knows the UK and its customs, providers etc.
- A great team player who can deliver on its own initiative!
