This is a great opportunity for an experienced Russian speaking Team/Trading floor Assistant with Russian who has experience supporting a large number of people preferably in very busy finance/corporate environment to join a leading Bank based in the heart of the City.
You will be responsible for organising team’s appointments, meetings, travel and accommodation and providing regular reports. You will be liaising with company`s travel agents to arrange flights and other means of transport, will be preparing itineraries and ensuring the smooth travel of all the team members. You will also be required to set up video/phone conferences with global offices of the company and its clients. As a Russian Speaking Team Assistant you will be producing monthly reports in regards to team`s credit card and cash expenses and might be asked to perform occasional translations.
The ideal Russian Speaking Team Assistant will:
• Have a previous experience of at least 3 years supporting a team, preferably within finance/banking sectors in London;
• Strong knowledge of managing multiple diaries and making complex travel arrangements;
• Be fluent English and Russian speaker with translation skills considered as advantage;
• Possess advanced IT skills in PowerPoint, Word and Outlook;
• Have a can-do flexible approach and have excellent multi-tasking skills;
