This is an exciting opportunity for a fluent Russian and English speaker with excellent administrative and organizational skills to join a well-established private equity fund based in Mayfair. Your role would be to be the first point of contact for company visitors, clients and guests, answering phone calls, sort incoming and outgoing post, book meeting rooms, assist with preparing documents and presentations, organize necessary bookings (taxi, hotels, travels, etc.).
A Russian Speaking Administrative Assistant/Receptionist will be/have:
- Excellent spoken and written English and Russian
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Previous experience in a similar capacity ideally within a corporate environment
- Solid computer skills
- A proactive flexible approach
- Knowledge of French or German would be a bonus
- Immediate availability
