• Working with statements
• Working with in-house Accounting processing programs and Excel, as well as their database
• Query resolution – responding to supplier and employee enquiries with a professional manner
• Accounts assistance when required
• Coding invoices
• Bank and Supplier reconciliations
• Assisting with payment runs
