A thrilling opportunity has arisen for experienced Russian speaking PA to support the family projects in London. Our client is looking for an extremely organized and professional individual, who is ready to become a solid support for a very successful, hard-working and determined family. As a Russia Speaking PA you will also be involved in the variety of projects and organization of social/business events. Occasionally, you might be required to travel to South of France with the famil, so it is important to have flexibility in this regard. An ideal candidate will have a solid PA experience and ability to work in a family environment. You will be very responsible, loyal, trustworthy and communicative individual, prepared for challenging but very rewarding job. Trustworthiness and ability to work under pressure are vital.
As a Russian Speaking Private PA will be/have to:
• Liaising with all parties e.g. doctors, utility providers, embassy, banks and other representatives;
• Looking after all the family`s contracts, financial reporting, transfers and bank statements;
• Organising the filing system in the house and supervising personnel when requires;
• Arranging all documentations, dealing with post, incoming calls;
• Attending business meetings when required by the principle, translating, interpreting
• Arranging all travel, diary management and miscellaneous appointments (they have people in France and Russia who do that, but could be occasionally in the UK too)
• Providing entertainment advice in London and its surrounding areas
• Organising events for family members; shopping when needed;
