Main responsibilities:

  • Organisational property management function;
  • Assisting in the daily routine; 
  • Providing strategic financial insight, analysis and commercial thinking;

  • Sales and marketing activities;
  • To-do lists, secretarial work, email and diary management;
  • Event planning;

Skills Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of UK employment and corporate law;
  • Strong organisational and time management skills;
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal;
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Docs equivalents.

Experience and Qualifications Requirements:

  • Business level or Finance degree preferably gained in the UK;
  • Similar experience in previous positions;
  • Fluent English and native Russian is a must.
