Our client is a Real Estate Investment company who is looking for a Business owner’s Assistant. This is a truly unique opportunity for the right candidate to build a career in the Finance sector and to join a new opening office in London. You will learn how to run a business inside out and learn how to set up everything a company may need to operate for some interesting clients.
Main responsibilities:
- Organisational property management function;
- Assisting in the daily routine;
- Providing strategic financial insight, analysis and commercial thinking;
- Accompanying CEO to initial meetings with clients and partners;
- Sales and marketing activities;
- To-do lists, secretarial work, email and diary management;
- Event planning;
- Making or taking calls.
Skills Requirements:
- Ambition and motivation towards a career in finance;
- Basic knowledge of UK employment and corporate law;
- Strong organisational and time management skills;
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal;
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Docs equivalents.
Experience and Qualifications Requirements:
- Business level or Finance degree preferably gained in the UK;
- Similar experience in previous positions;
- Fluent English and native Russian is a must.
