Are you an experienced Russian Speaking Office Manager, Administrator or PA with some understanding or even some experience within marketing, sales and PR? Would you like to use the most of your creative side while running office administration? Are you looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and rapidly expanding team in Central London, to manage the process of the office. In return, you will be a part of the close-knit and dynamic team and have a very challenging and sole standing role.
Ideal candidate will be/have:
• Have 4+ years’ experience as an office manager, administrator, PA
• Speak Russian and English languages fluently
• Have superb writing skills in both languages and ability to write short promotional articles and PR campaigns
• Be flexible in terms of overtime and extra responsibilities, as well as involvement within cultural projects and commercial deals
As a Russian Speaking Office Manager you will be/have:
· Booking meetings, organising travel and preparing complex travel itineraries, visas, accommodation, transportation
· Preparing PowerPoint presentations and other papers for meetings
· Managing, reviewing and creating efficient filing and office systems
· Overseeing the processes and completions of projects
· Liaising with partners and clients of the company
· Writing reports on monthly and quarterly basis
· Preparing marketing materials and client packs
· Writing PR campaigns, liaising with journalists, existing and potential clients
· Participating in various Business Development activities
· Organising cultural and promotional events
· Proactive and dynamic approach to work
· Strong organisational skills
