This is a great opportunity for an experienced Private PA/EA to join a high-profile international family office on a fully remote basis for a temporary ongoing contract. You can be based anywhere to undertake this role, but ideally in the UK or Europe.
Responsibilities
- Diary, calendar and schedule management across multiple principals
- Restaurant reservations, floral arrangements, and event coordination (including birthdays and fashion week schedules)
- Management of online/personal shopping orders
- Invoice collection, processing and submission for payment
- Recruitment support for household and family office staff, including candidate sourcing and interviews
- Document management and record-keeping (e.g. Google Drive), ensuring accuracy and accessibility
- Correspondence management: email inboxes, phone messages, and social media accounts
- Translation/interpretation support as needed
- Coordination with other assistants and staff globally via group communications
- Handling country-specific administrative matters (e.g. France, Europe, Eastern Europe) as relevant
- Recording video/content material and managing social media stories where required
- Any other reasonable duties as instructed
Key Skills
- Extensive prior experience as a PA/EA in a UHNW or family office setting
- Able to work flexibly, including evenings/weekends, with 24/7 contactability
- Excellent discretion and confidentiality
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Fluent English; additional languages (French, Russian, Italian) an advantage
- Start asap ideally for a temporary, ongoing placement (extended month on month)
