Responsibilities
- Building awareness within the consumer goods and services sectors about the efficient and cost-effective new-age marketing and advertising strategies the firm has to offer
- Getting leads and arranging meetings with potential clients
- Travelling or communicating online with clients around the UK and sealing the deal
- Preparing presentations and pitches to present to the clients
- Negotiating contracts
- Monitoring delivery, liaising with the tech team abroad, reporting to the clients
- Liaising with top management, reporting, strategising etc.
- Operational management when required
- Hiring a team in the UK – liaising with agencies, interviewing, arranging onboarding
- Budgeting for various solutions and developments
- Arranging an office space – liaising with the commercial agents, looking at various office options, communication with management
- Offering efficient solutions for the development of the company
Key Skills
- Advertising agency experience and client communication and sales experience – pitching, selling, contract finalising
- Sound UK-based experience and knowledge of advertising and marketing UK trends
- Sound book of contacts in the advertising industry
- Relevant Education or a business degree is desirable
- Fluent English and Russian language skills
- Entrepreneurial drive and desire to become more than just a number in a large firm – willingness to go the extra mile to achieve partnership quickly
- Ability to communicate at all levels – management, clients, employees, subordinates
