On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Office Manager who has extensive experience supporting team members to join their office based in central London on a 10-month maternity cover contract to start March 2020.
You will be joining a dynamic team of professional and will apply all your skills in a busy office environment.
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Provide support to a team as well as for 2 Directors
- Maintaining the office to a high standard, ordering office supplies
- Organising meetings, making reservations
- Assistance with preparing documents: editing, printing, scanning, binding, filing
- Answering telephone calls, managing correspondence
- Acting as the first point of contact regarding all office related matters
- Arranging catering services as/when needed
- Ordering stationery and food/beverages to the office
Requirements for the Candidate:
- Fluent English and Russian speaker
- Excellent attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint is essential
- Understand (read) business plans and proposals in order to support the senior director in locating appropriate files in a speedy manner
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
