We are looking for a Senior Business Development Expert to work from anywhere in the world, as our client is a remote-first company. A successful candidate will help the team automate communications for even more businesses in Poland and around the globe.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers within the senior management and executive teams of prospective accounts, along with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to create and present compelling our client’s solutions that meet and exceed customer requirements.
  • Coordinates sales activities with partners and resellers to identify and close new business.
  • Facilitating discovery sessions with clients to gain an appreciation for their environment and challenges.
  • Establish strategic plans and objectives to drive desired business growth.
  • Develop and execute regional sales plans and forecasts, addressing new customers acquisition and existing customers growth.
  • Drive revenue to the continued growth of the company through consistently achieving individual and team quotas.
  • Drive sales cycles, including prospecting activity, opportunity qualification, developing and piloting, negotiating and closing sales, driving upsells and cross-sells.
  • Deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services, conducting meetings with clients and strategic partners.
  • Keep CRM actual and updated, provide an accurate forecast for managing projects.
  • Collaborate with internal product teams and provide feedback from the field to help shape future development.

Must-have skills and knowledge:

  • 4+ years of business-to-business selling experience in SaaS or software industries.
  • Experience in prospecting, qualifying, cold-calling companies, as well as building high-level business relationships from scratch to closing deals.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solver.
  • Ability to listen to customer needs and provide value propositions.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • High self-motivation, proactive and ambitious approach in achieving goals.
  • Strategic and creative approach to achieve professional efficiency in conditions of uncertainty and startup environment with frequent changes.
  • Hunger for learning and active search for opportunities to contribute.
  • Native Polish and advanced English languages.
