Russian Speaking Receptionist Part-time/Full -Time Filled

We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join a highly professional company based in the heart of London. You will have the opportunity to start an exciting role in a beautiful office in one of London’s most luxurious business districts. Our client is now looking for a top calibre Receptionist, who can add value by professionalism and great customer service. You will be meeting and greeting visitors, being the first point of contact to all callers, will deal with correspondence, post and letters, couriers etc. You will also get involved in administration and all organisational office responsibilities, some event management and PA support work.

Your Responsibilities will Include:

  • Answering, screening and forwarding phone calls.
  • Receiving visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
  • Ensure reception area and meeting rooms are tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue employee’s badges)
  • Ordering office and kitchen supplies and keep inventory in stock
  • Performing diary management for employees when required.
  • Organising meetings and any other events including co-ordinating and distributing meeting information and ensuring relevant documentation are prepared ahead of meetings.
  • Arranging travel itineraries, including visas, flights, hotels and currency.
  • Generating all monthly management reports as required.
  • Managing financial administration reporting related to the reception to ensure all invoices and expenses are checked, processed, signed off and paid.
  • Assisting with cash and credit card expenses.
  • Administering supplier’s invoices.
  • Liaising with other offices and senior management teams, employees and external clients.
  • Liaising with other support teams of the Company.
  • Providing general administrative support as photocopying, organising taxis/couriers, booking meeting rooms, setting up a conference and VC calls.
  • Dealing with ad hoc requests as required.

Requirements for the Candidate:

  • Be fluent in English and Russian languages with excellent communication skills.
  • Be eligible to work within the UK
  • Have previous experience working within an office environment , corporate or hospitality industries
  • PA experience is a plus
