Our client – one of the largest international retail support companies who provides services to the leading manufacturers from over 40 countries around the world – is looking for a fluent Russian and English speaking Project Manager. The main responsibility of the Russian speaking Project Manager is to understand SLA and ensure its execution by the company, customers/partners. You will be responsible for the setup of the project phases and activities, including project timeline, resources, documents and presentations; monitoring of the sales process and ensuring the company avoids potential deal closure risks; liaising with company internal sales departments, partners and customers by providing necessary information and support; preparing and implementing product presentations and etc. The office is based in Moscow, you will be reporting to the Head of Operations Department.

A successful Project Manager will be/have:

• Fluent Russian and English speaker
• At least 4 years of experience in IT management or IT solution sales roles
• Strong technical background (technical architect/lead) or Business management
• Strong communication skills, ability to interact clients and understand their needs
• Self-motivation, proactive attitude and high level of flexibility
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and ability to be effective under pressure
• Ability to implement comprehensive product presentations in both English and Russian
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and previous experience with
• Waterfall, RUP, Agile
