This is a great opportunity for a driven enthusiastic professional with experience of working for a busy Family Office, knowledge of Russian.
As a Russian Speaking Project Manager you will be supporting Head of Family Office in various projects as well as providing on-going Finance and HR support. Your duties will be ranging from setting up to streamlining procedures and policies, dealing with HR contracts and compliance, being actively involved in office as well as household recruitment, to deal with registering new businesses, creating business plans, cash flows, managing subcontractors, liaising with interior designers, lawyers, tax advisors or just preparing formal reports for the Family Office.
You will be asked to perform a large number of ad-hoc duties depending on the demand and will be supporting the Head of Family with challenging tasks on a daily basis.
We are seeking someone who has considerable business acumen, is financially astute with excellent reporting and communications skills. Extensive managerial experience is mandatory for the role. To start as soon as possible.

The ideal Russian Speaking Project Manager you will be/have:
∙ 5 years of solid Project Management and operational experience in London and ability to multi-task;
∙ Considerable Financial experience (ideally with a finance degree) in creating business plans, cash flows, managing assets across different jurisdictions,
∙ Hands- on experience in dealing with authorities, contractors, supplies;
∙ Knowledge of UK employment and immigration law is essential;
∙ At least 4 years of experience in a busy family office in London;
∙ Fluent/ native English, Russian.
∙ Impeccably presented, very well spoken,
∙ Can-do attitude and ability to think on your feet;
∙ Enthusiasm and energetic approach towards different projects;
∙ Quick learner, responsible, willing, flexible.
