We are looking for an enthusiastic and capable Junior Customer Service Representatives to join a successful brokerage company providing trading services based in Central London. As a Junior Customer Service Representative, your main responsibilities will be:

• Developing and maintaining relationships with new and potential clients
• Assisting the clients via the phone and email, dealing with customer issues if necessary
• Monitoring the process of account opening and overseeing the KYC documents flow with customers
• Constantly monitor and expand your knowledge on various markets as well as possible competitors
• Liaising with the back office, marketing and sales department and other third parties

A successful Junior Customer Service Representative will have/be:

• Strong interest and some understanding of financial markets and financial products
• Confident and polite telephone manner
• Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Fluency in Russian and English
• Computer literacy
• Attention to detail is extremely important
• Ability to work under pressure within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• High degree of flexibility and motivation
