Our client is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager who speaks fluent Russian and has experience in working for a chain of restaurants in the UK. This is a great start-up opportunity and will involve a wide range of responsibilities as well as excellent opportunities to play a major role in the establishment of the restaurant chain as well as outstanding career path. You will be responsible for the overall day-to-day running of the restaurant, including sales and turnover reporting, highest standard of client relationship, team recruitment, supervision and management, restaurant operations and ad-hoc duties such as marketing and PR.

The ideal candidate must:
• Have at least 5 years of managerial experience for restaurant in London, preferably fast food chain;
• Be fluent Russian speaker;
• Hold MBA;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate staff while taking responsibility and making decisions;
• Outgoing personality and flexibility;
