Are you an experienced HR Professional with expertise in strategy development? Do you speak fluent Russian and English? Then this is a great role for you! Our well-established client is looking for a Russian Speaking HR Director to work in the busy investment office in the heart of London. As an HR Director, you will have the responsibility to lead the recruitment and adaptation of staff, organisational development, staff motivation and performance assessment as well as dealing with the full cycle of HR administration. A successful candidate must be a trustworthy, adaptable individual who strives for constant improvement. 

Responsibilities :

  • Participation in the development of the holding’s business strategy
  • Participation in the formation of the company’s organisational structure
  • Developing an HR strategy for the holding in accordance with the business development strategy
  • Becoming a strategic member of the management team 
  • Developing HR budgets, monitoring expenses of the budget while achieving desired goals
  • Staffing and recruitment: evaluating and recruiting for open vacancies for the UK and international offices 
  • Creating a unified procedure and implementing a methodology for efficient assessment of the candidates
  • Develop and implement a planning and recruitment system
  • Building and maintaining relationships with recruitment agencies (UK, Czech Republic, Montenegro, Russia), selecting the best agencies for long term cooperation 
  • Develop an effective remuneration system tied to employee performance (KPIs)
  • Develop a plan for practical, motivational tools for the company’s employees: e.g. Company awards, choosing the best-performing employee, etc.
  • Develop and implement a strategy to increase staff motivation and loyalty
  • Formation of a training plan for the company employees, evaluation of the effectiveness of the training
  • Assessment of career and personal development plans
  • Development of personnel reserves for the future of the business structure
  • Development of recognised corporate culture:
  • Encouraging a standardised communication system, creating a ‘corporate style’. Developing the Code of Ethics.
  • Organising and hosting sports and other cultural events, promoting a healthy and positive lifestyle for employees of the holding. 
  • Improve and modernise the existing HR system (travel policy, absence and sickness policy etc.)
  • Keeping records of the company’s personnel following local labour market processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Sound, hands-on experience within a senior HR role for an international company
  • Master’s degree or equivalent in HR,  Psychology and/or Management
  • Experience of developing HR strategy and processes from scratch: develop a KPI system and other criteria for the company
  • staff performance HR system, development of remuneration and motivational monetary rewards scheme, learning and development – creating a continuous employees’ skills advancement system, development of personnel reserves for the future of the business structure
  • Experience in organisational development and strategic management, including: creating an HR strategy and tracking its implementation, develop policies, budget formation and control as well as building an internal communications system
  • Experience of recruitment and onboarding – from junior members of staff to executive level
  • Fluent Russian and English language skills, ability to create official written reports in both languages
  • Confident user of technology, capable of picking up new programmes quickly, e.g. G Suite, Asana
  • Flexible and open for occasional overtime and international travel
  • Hands-on ‘can do’ attitude is a must!
