We are now looking for a real professional whose desire is to work as a part of a new team and to build a next-level career in harness building.

Responsibilities:

  • Wiring harness assembly using hand tools & proper assembly techniques
  • Follow work instructions (prints, cut sheets, sample harnesses)
  • Work in small teams to complete daily build requirements
  • Inventory tracking of project parts and supplies
  • Quality validation of wire harness assemblies
  • Tear down and/or rework donor harnesses
  • Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

  • 3D mechanical CAD design experience is advantageous, not a must
  • Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience
  • Expert knowledge of Harness design building – hands-on approach (Minimum of 5 years expected)
  • Good understanding of automotive engineering processes and tools
  • Experience managing large suppliers and associated budgets
  • Good knowledge of Harness manufacturing processes
  • Strong numerical and analysis skills
  • Practical mechanical engineering skills for building prototypes
  • Knowledge of Python for data analysis and visualisation.
