You will be a part of budget assets department examining budget estimates with procedures and regulations, analyse budgeting and accounting reports (consolidated reports inclusive) for the purpose of maintaining expenditure controls. Your responsibilities will also include – monthly department budgeting and accounting reports to maintain expenditure controls, direct the preparation of regular and special budget reports, providing advice and technical assistance with cost analysis, fiscal allocation, and budget preparation, summarize budgets and submit recommendations for the approval or disapproval of funds requests, perform cost-benefits analyses to compare operating programs, review financial requests and explore alternative financing methods.

Knowledge of budgeting, reporting and at least 2 years of budgeting/forecasting experience as well as experience of working for a large company are essential. You will be a qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent). Experience in oil and gas, mining, energy, banking or other large corporate environment is highly desirable. Fluent English and good Russian language skills are essential.
